Understructures

Every structure rests upon something deeper.

The chambers contained within this section explore the foundations beneath the visible parts of my life—the experiences, relationships, decisions, losses, consequences, ideas, and moments that helped shape who I became.

Each chamber represents more depth and vulnerability. Chamber 1 contains the first layer beneath the surface. Chamber 2 goes further. Chamber 3 deeper still. Beyond each door, the material becomes increasingly personal, reflective, and intimate.

These are not simply records of events. They are the underlying structures that formed the person standing above them.

The Trust Target

Before continuing deeper into the archive, it may be helpful to understand a concept I call the Trust Target.

The Trust Target is a simple way of visualizing trust. Imagine a bullseye. At the center is what I call the Bullseye Zone—the place reserved for the very few people who are given complete access to my life, thoughts, experiences, struggles, and story. Moving outward from the center, each ring represents a lower level of access and trust.

The Trust Target is not fixed. People move inward and outward based on honesty, consistency, reliability, and demonstrated behavior over time. Trust is earned, maintained, strengthened, weakened, and sometimes rebuilt.

The deeper sections of this archive contain increasingly personal material. They are not meant to exclude people or elevate some above others. They simply reflect the reality that not every story, memory, document, thought, or experience belongs in the public square.

Trust is how access moves inward. The chambers that follow are built upon the same principles that govern the Trust Target itself: honesty, consistency, respect, and truth.
